Monday- 1st Day of Spring

It's a rainy 1st Day of Spring in the PNW.
But I'm not sad...It's Quilt Show week and the
BIG Reveal of my 2022 Mystery Rhododendron Trail.

The rain should keep the Hubby inside for a while.
I will be at Quilt Guild in TriCities to Vote on the Challenge Quilts.
I didn't enter the challenge this year.
I'm finishing up the many UFO's from last year!

This is one I can share even though it still needs the Binding.
I'll do that while I stay in TriCities for the Quilt show.
A D9P, I started at the Walla Walla Fair and Frontier Days.
I made a lot of these in 2009- 2010. Can't go wrong with a Red White and Blue Quilt.
Quilted with Stars Meander.
The Border fabric I bought in Nebraska.

Todays #IGQuiltfest prompt is What Was I Thinking?
I started this at Christmastime in 2008
"Twelve Days of Christmas"
It was a SAL with Esther Aliu
I am not a fan of Log Cabin Blocks, even if they make Diamonds.
The Ornaments to go on this are Applique and I just stalled before I started on those.
So, Now it is in a Tote, I know where it is.
Those 4 Calling Birds, 3 French Hens, 2 Turtle Doves and a Partridge in a Pear Tree
will have to wait for another season...
