 It's Quiltville Mystery Time!!!!
(Click on the Quiltville to go to Her Blog)

My favorite season of the year!
And I am home with my STASH so I can SEW!!!
I'll be posting more as each clue comes out after Black Friday, November 26, 2021

Meanwhile in the Quilt zone...

This was my Stash Enhancement from the Missouri Star Quilt Company.
Neutrals for the Quiltville Mystery, of course.

This was my selfie with Jenny, she was in the mountains of Montana.
recovering from her Book signing.
Janessa brought my copy from home that arrived the night we left.
I read it on my trip and started it a 2nd time, because I could.

I enjoyed our trip to pick up our stuff from the Mission
and be there for our Son and his beautiful Bride make their vows along the Missouri River.

It was a little chilly at Eagle Bluff Ranch, they provided gray striped, fleece blankets.

Jeff told us this venue was built just last year, in June 2020

It was so fun to meet her parents at the rehearsal and eat Kansas City BBQ from Slaps

We love her already.
Welcome to the family Chey!

Ben was there!!!
He asked for me to bring him some Pumpkin Chocolate Chip cookies.

I did have a day to Play with Sister Bennett.
Of course we went to Baker's Candies in Greenwood!
Gotta stock up on Chocolate!

The Antique store was on Hwy 80 on the way back to Omaha.
This picture was taken for inspiration. Love the pink Border.
I'm making a little memory Quilt for President and Sister Bennett.
I got the center part done before leaving from Omaha.
I think that cute border will be great on this little quilt.
I did the little hearts on 3.5" squares, EEP.  They are my favorite.
I put in a few surprises, fussy-cut.

When I got home this was my Cactus!
I found out it's a Thanksgiving Cactus.
Just look at all those BLOOMS!

On the very last day I stitched up this little Blue Bird for Riley Blake.
They have the pattern free on their website for Pieced applique and Paper-Pieced birds.
He is SEW Cute.

More about our trip on the next Posting.
Way too many pictures to add on here.

Quilty Barn Sew-Along

I have to confess again...
I wanted to make the Quilty Barns from the Farm Girl Vintage book.
Fat Quarter Shop just happened to announce this Sew-Along.
Only need to make 4 barns for that.

Two at a time is easy peasy when you cut them out together the night before.
For my Quilt Day getting ready for Quilt Guild

Between the stiches I made 3 Lotto Blocks!
It's a fun Granny Square made from my 2 1/2" scrap tote.
Our President made a fun Youtube tutorial for it HERE

The best part of the night was walking in and seeing a
Hearts and Flowers Quilt sitting there.
I asked who is this one for?
It's for YOU, She said...
No big hoopla or presentation, even though it should have been given to me back in 2017
when my 2 brothers passed away.
I'm grateful to have it now. Wish it had a bit more Purple in it.

It's a stay at home, rainy type of day. Paul is gone to the Temple with Christopher so I have all day!!!
HMMMM, What should I do?
No Question, I'm going to Go and SEW!

Octo-BRRRR

 It's the 2nd BRR month.
It hasn't frozen just yet but I think it's time to add another Quilt to the bed.
DH throws it back over on my side anyway.

Wedding plan are finalizing for Jeff and Cheyanne this month.
We are so, so excited that we didn't pay attention to our first flight dg ay.
We received a text this week that the arrival time had changed again.
Getting into Omaha later thana before.

This week Paul said I better get the Quilt off the frame in the Living Room.
Ok, that meant a long stitching day while he was at the Family History Center.
I was still quilting when he came home.
Now it is really done being hand Quilted. My thumb is sore from all the pokes.

Lucky for me I went to Mama Bear's in Stanfield for the last of my Shop Hop.
Picked up these Poke-a- Dots by Jililly studio.

Mama Bear's Quilt Shop &   Fabric 108 in Kennewick
Janean's Bernina          &          Stash Walla Walla
Walla Walla Sew, Vac and Spas           &          Quiltmania

Discount Vac & Sew in Kennewick lost their blocks so they didn't have a finshed Quilt to share.
I liked how each shop arrnged the 4" and 6" blocks in different settings.
My favorite is the Janean's Bernina Quilt. My Name is in the drawing to WIN that one.

Eddie Walker was having a Studio Open House and Show in her Corner Studio on 5th and Rose.
I out in my Disappearing Pinwheel Basket Quilt I made for a Class that didn't go at WWSVS.
She had over 100 quilts on the walls of every room, even one in the bathroom, lol

It's General Conference Weekend!
