It's A Monday Sew Day

 12 blocks for my
3 Yard Challenge Done!
I took them to Powered by Fabric to give them a good Press!

I finished two more blocks for the Indigo Way
One of each added to the piles.

I think I have enough to do the borders.
Never to early to stitch a few together.

I have a few more weeks before the
Tri Cities Quilt Show.
I have 2 Friends coming to hang out with
Me this year!

 Happy Monday!

Late Monday Posting

Thanks to a UFO Day at Powered by Fabric, I worked on 'Chilhowie' today.
I got a total of 5 more big blocks assembled.
Lots more to get it done.

One block at a time.
Love my constant color. A soft peachy color.
Trim, Press. stitch, press again.

I left my Seam Ripper at home and had to borrow one.
Eddie let me use her Rotary Cutter and mat, too.
Some days are Monday all week.
It wasn't the best start to my stitching today.
Note to self: don't forget your favorite Ruler, Rotary Cutter and Seam Ripper.
One more week until the deadline for the Quilt Show.

This post is short and sweet.
Gotta get to sleep so we can get up early.

What are you working on this week??

WOW - Wednesday!

It's almost a Flimsy!
Stitching the Monday Blues away

Eddie had a UFO Day on Monday at "Powered by Fabric"
Her design wall is unobstructed and she has a stool to climb up high.
There were Pins in the wall left to be used to keep the block from falling off.
The longest rows I couldn't reach to put in a pin.

By 4pm it was all sewn together.
At home I tried it for size on my Queen sized bed.
Because I made my Sashings wider, it is BIG!
I Love it!!!!
Granddaughter asked if that was my bedroom floor, lol
Yes it is not cluttered there.

Couldn't get a Snow Picture so here it is on the Grass.

And hanging in my favorite place to take a Picture.
Afternoon shadows and all.

Always time for a selfie with my Selfie Stick.

Now to trim those extra points off and put the borders on.
Then it's time for the Frosting!
Hope it will fit on my rails...

It's a Wednesday!
I will have the evening to play in the Basement.
What will I do all day??
Maybe Mow the Lawn,
Haha, Hubby Can't do it.
