September Goal Setting time

I didn't accomplish all my goals--- :(

August Goals and my One Monthly Goal

1- More Secret Stitching - maybe it will be a "Mystery" quilt for Sew n Vac. Done

2- Circa 2016 Temecula Blocks I made a couple

3- August "My Secret Garden' Block of the Month Done

4- Guild Lotto Blocks, Put my version together and quilt it. Not Done

4- Cut LOTS of Hourglass units and Secret Blocks to sew at Retreat and Fair. Done

Blocks made in August = 232

Correction made on Sidebar

 My OMG didn't get quilted, it still needs a backing made.

That meant it wasn't registered into the Quilt Festival either.

Only the two I showed at the Walla Walla Fair are entered now.

They even extended the entry date.

I got 4 Blue ribbons and 1 Red ribbon.

This one got a RED!

Not too bad really, and the comments from the judges were good.

I've tried to upload the Video my DD#1 took of the Bed Turning with no Luck.

It's too big for uploading on the Blog, sorry!

 September Goals

1- Make Tula Pink City Sampler Blocks and Post Daily

2- Quilt "Circles in a Square" quilt

3- Finish Blocks for Mary's Mystery (Secret Stitching)

4- Guild Lotto Block

5- Pat Sloan "Secret Garden" Block of the Month

6- "Farm Girl Vintage" Flimsy

2013 "Get it Done" September Goals/ NewFo Link-up

AUGUST 2013 Goals:

1- WW Fair Banner- NOT DONE (maybe next year)

2- Borders on Somewhere in Time- Blue CUT, but not sewn

3-Make 3 more Blocks and sew together - Midnight Flight, add Border - PARTS DONE

4- NON Quilt Related- Make Blessing dress - DONE

I didn't do as well as I thought I would on my goals but as you saw on my DWM post, I did a LOT at the Fair.

My NewFO was my Pickle Dish/Gameboard quilt that is now called "PARCHEEZI"

This was a class I started in August so it counts as a NewFO.

I am ready to sew all the Blocks together and add the border for September. Picture shows the 9 sets of 4 all trimmed and pressed.

September 2013 GOALS:

1- Parcheezi- to flimsy

2- 3 more Midnight Flight Blocks, sew to Flimsy

3- Somewhere in Time (blue)- Borders

4- Star & Crown- Binding

I have Quilt guild next week and could possibly have the Flimsy tops to show.  I know that I should only show my "FINISHES".  My Sew n Vac friend told me that. I might forget if I've shown them so IF I get them to flimsy I might show them now. I'm saving the Star and Crown to 'reveal' at the Walla Walla Valley Quilt Festival.
