2- Make the Weekly parts for the Quilty Fun SAL- DONE
3- Guild Block of the Month - Lotto-  DONE

I didn't have much time to Start any NewFO's so I have to do something today.
I hear Bonnie's Boxy Stars Quilt calling me so I'll play with cutting a bunch of 2.5" strips!
It is one of Bonnie's FREE patterns. Her scrappy Boxy Stars quilt is HERE
I already cut two sets of 2.5" strips of fabrics from my STASH to make a Jelly roll for my Swap partner's Christmas Stocking. Her favorite colors are Blue Purple and Green.
It will work for the start of my Boxy Stars Quilt.

Better late than not at all for a NewFO!

I have a few leftover strips from making the Katie's Choice quilt.  This can be my 2014 Leader/Ender too!

Here's to a Brand new year of playing with fabrics.

Getting it Done and NewFO

It's the last day of November -- Time to REPORT!
My NOVEMBER Goals were:
1- Borders on Midnight Flight-  I have some parts pieced for the Border. One side DONE
I still have to decide which color of the MODA Swirl will be on the inside.
So I will Link-up for the last time with the Jo & Nell's Bonnie Challenge HERE.

2- Make Pieced Sashings for ALOHA LUS - haven't work on these, much :(
3- Block of the Week - Loyal Union Sampler - kept up with the BOW -DONE
My Blue and White Sampler is looking fun. I found a piece of blowing snow for the Block of the Week this last week of November.  We are taking December off on the Yahoo Group.
Maybe I'll get more done on the ALOHA Loyal Union Sampler sashings.

Like I showed in my late Mid Month report, HERE. I did finish some of the October goals as well
I got three quilts moved to the Flimsy/TBQ list. They are pictured up in the To Be Quilted TAB also.
The oldest one is from 2009 SBS Sarah's Choice Star Swap.
We sent a signature square with our blocks so I have these sewn together to add to the backing.

There will be a LINKY with Pam Buda sometime after December 1st to show the Nabby's Dowry Quilts.
I still have time to get mine quilted, LOL
And Parchezzi is ready for quilting.

The Link-up for the NewFO is HERE
November's NewFO was my Lori Holt SAL with her NEW Book Quilty Fun!
All parts of this SAL are completed and on the group Flicker page so
I am eligible for the Prize of the Gracie Girl Stacker.

AND for December I've already started my NewFO--- along with a Multitude of BONNIE HUNTER Quiltville fans all over the world sewing this week-end instead of Black Friday Shopping.
I'm doing scrappy Blues with a red fabric from Nancy Halvorsen called Bittersweet.
There will be more of these units to show on MONDAY for DWM and the Link-up over at Quiltville.

DECEMBER GOALS-
1- Work on Celtic Solstice
2- Make the Weekly parts for the Quilty Fun SAL
3- Guild Block of the Month - Lotto-
That's all I'm committing to for this month.  It getting busier and I have to have time to wrap gifts and decorate and cook some goodies.

End of July! New-FO & Get it Done...

I did OK on my July Goals- 2 out of 3 isn't bad considering I had to quilt Rebekah's Baby quilt
all by myself and went on a Retreat.
JULY Goals:
1-Get 2 Baby Girl Quilts Quilted and Bound, 1 DONE, 1 Needs Binding
2-Cushions and Pillows for the Porch - Nope
3-Re-Make Stitchin' Heaven Quilt -BLUE -Center is done, needs last borders

Sneak peek at quilting on Baby "Katie's Choice" quilt for Grand-daughter #6, Grandchild #19. Because of limited throat space I had to just meander in the center blocks.  The full "reveal" comes on Friday after the Baby Shower.
                                                       "Somewhere in Time"- Blue version
Center all sewn together after I "frogged" one 4-patch and put it the right way.
I'm so glad there was only one and that I found it while sewing it together.
 27 "Midnight Flight" Blocks
I found 1- 4-patch turned in one of the blocks I finished at Retreat.
Taking pictures has saved my quilt boo-boos this week.
****For my NewFO, I started the Fair Banner****
HERE on July 15th so it counts as my NewFO.
This one will be one of  the August Goals for sure!  Only 24 days until I set up at the FAIR

2- Borders on Somewhere in Time- Blue
