We are home!
Time for picture posting and loads of Laundry.
I wanna Stitch!
In our Mail was a letter from our children.
While we were gone they bought and delivered a Brand New Mattress for our bed.
The heavy lifters!
Joe & Jes
What a surprise to come home to!
We fell right to sleep, up since 4am to catch the plane in Salt Lake City.
I took this one after a 3 hour layover in Seattle.
I did get in a few Stitches there.
These are the Hexies I worked on.
I ran out of the hexie papers.
But not the Polka Dot squares.
People always ask what I'm making...
Not sure exactly yet.
But fun to start a conversation
with fellow travelers.
This was on our last day!
Paul was a good sport to give me 2 days
in the Gardens.
He wanted to see his Cousins in Logan.
The drive through Sardine Canyon is Gorgeous.
Clark and Marsha invited a few sisters to join us
for a lunch time meal.
A sister in law left before the photo op.
Janet Olsens "Mountains"
Good hubby drove further into the city
so I could visit
My Girlfriend's Quilt Shoppe!
It was almost time for 3 at 3.
I saw Allison in the Shoppe so I asked if
I could visit the Studio.
Pumpkins were the project for the day.
I got to sit in the Girlfriend's GREEN 💚 chairs.
Kris Me and Allison!
We drove back to get a hotel.
I was hungry so I asked if we could go see my Cousin, Renee Sherwood.
It was Cousin Day, I read it online...
She sent me home with Cheesecakes!
YUMMY!!
Then we found a Chick-fil-a!
I put in the Hotel and GPS took us on
Mountain View Road.
Opps, wrong Hotel.
Door entry card failed.
Story of our trip, lots of missed exits
and wrong turns.
Next up is our Sunday Drive!

Very cool that the kids bought you a new mattress!
ReplyDeleteOh, we have a 10 hour flight tomorrow, and I am not looking forward to it. But at last I can look forward to seeing the start of the fall color as we drive through the canyon.
I can name all but one person in your photo at Clark and Marsha's. So sorry I missed your call. If I had been home, I would have hurried over to their home just to say hi and give you a quick hug.
I can tell right where you were when you took the mountain photo. Between your hubby's cousins and Deano Dairy.
Sounds like you had quite an adventure on your trip. Glad you got home safely!
