Quilt Guild- March Show-n-Share

Pure Inspiration at Quilt Guild this month.  I didn't have anything new that was completed in the past month to show.  That meant I could take lots of pictures.   I'm sorry I don't know all of the newer people at guild. I couldn't label the pictures as well as I would like to.   Enjoy the eye candy...

A future Workshop for our Guild- by Eddie W
The Guild wants to start some week-end Once and Month Sew-in's. Two of our talented guild members have found fun new projects for us to make.  Looks like more new projects in my FUTURE...

March Block Lotto

Today I have made two blocks to submit to the March Lotto. Thanks to Pat H for the link to see the Block Lotto Blog and to Sophie for letting me join today. I just recently learned about the D4P block. You can click on the links at the Blog to get the Patterns. You can find the Button here on my blog too.

This block is made by cutting 5" squares to make the 4-patch. Each WOF cut of 2 fabrics makes 4 blocks. The four patch is cut 1" away from the center seam of the 4-patch, then sewn back together as a 9-patch. It results in a 8" finished Block.
