Wow - Wednesday -- May is still for ME!

It's been a week of meetings, errands and a little bit of stitching.
I got the Pillowcases made, so I can deliver the quilt wrapped in one.
This Quilt makes # 6 finished for me.
Plus my Quilt Market I am ahead of one Quilt finish per month in 2019.
I also made a 2nd set for a special surprise this week.

I have my Granddaughter's T-shirt Quilt on the frame.
I need to get a backing made and quilt it.
She made it over Spring break.
With no help from me.
She will be able to enter more than one quilt in the Walla Walla Festival this year.

My quilt buddy and I worked hard on her Row by Row for this year while at Trends.
I can share it now.
No photo description available.
It's just a Month until Row by Row Starts.

DESIGN WALL MONDAY- November 11, 2013

I'm a bit late in posting today but can't go to bed without getting my DWM post done.  I have had a great week of visiting with the Wyoming Grandchildren and delivering some Christmas Gifts for them and the Colorado family.  Whew!!! 2 Families gifts all done, and delivered- only 4 more families gifts to go...
Anyway, while I was in Wyoming---(I took my Serger and a Sewing machine)

I cut out a few from my Stash before leaving on the week long road trip. This cute little grandson was fascinated with whatever I was doing.

Here we are all set up to sell our wares and a few things that I brought all the way from Washington.
It was a fun way to spend a Saturday in Wyoming.  I had plenty of "grandma time" with this cutie! A few people asked if she was for sale.  She was her mother's model for her homemade hair bows.
Tina made some Yummy homemade Caramels that sold pretty well. She had a bowl of samples for 25 cents.

Design Wall Monday -February 12, 2012

I have to apologize for the blurry photos.  Crazy New camera isn't doing what I'd hoped.  With a higher megapizels and all the new gadgets, like redeye and face focus, I expect better pictures.  They need to have a Quilt Focus gadget... Anyway!
Here are the latest 2 Grandchildren Birthday Pillowcases.

Vincent and Elizabeth had a Combined Party on Friday night.  First is Vincent being cheesy and posing for the crazy Grandma.  Dinosaurs for the BOY in the family!
Because they opened their gifts simultaneously, I had to borrow the picture of Elizabeth from NaDell's Blog.  Do you think they like them?
I did make a few more blocks this week for my Farmer's wife and for the Test of the 100 Blocks 2012 Summer Edition of Quiltmaker.  This week is Guild and I hope to get something done, so I have a UFO for the Challenge that was issued last month.  It might have to be something 'small'.

Meanwhile go on over to the Patchworktimes Blog HERE and see what the quilters are showing on their Design Walls.

Design Wall Monday, January 30, 2012

Last week was pretty much a Bust in the sewing room except for "tester" block I can't show and the Birthday Gifts I made for two of the four Grandchildren Birthdays coming up so far this year. I know by showing them on here the Parents know what I'm making for them.  Oh well, the surprise will still be how they actually look and the fabrics I will choose special  for each one.   I had hoped to make these all for Christmas and since the Plan 'D' went into effect in December, they did not get done. I'm hoping for a little more playing in the Quilt Zone this week. The letters are made using the techniques I learned from the "Word Play" class I took last fall at STASH.
Seth got his in December for his Birthday.

Next is Abigail's - her sister's called it a quilt in the video my Daughter took.  LOL.

Saturday was Samuel's Birthday and he got this one.

What do you think?  Should I use all capital letters or go wonky with lower and upper case letters??
