Oh what do you do in the Wintertime?
It was like midday at Midnight with snow falling all around.
I had to take a mental picture, too cold for me!
This morning found me making my FAVORITE...

Hot cocoa with marshmallows and a Candy Cane.
Toast ready to Dip in and eat, wearing my Fuzzy Pj's.
Thanks to a good Quilt Buddy! Lynn Wilson.
Then it was time to WORK
The snow had to be swept - so the mail and newspaper can be delivered.
This is the backyard.

Not really, had to Measure it first!
My trusty Edge Ruler shows up in the white stuff.
Nearly 4" of it- BRRRR

It's not just work around my house, as you all know.
The Lost Camera and Quilt parts for Mary's Mystery were located last night in my basement.
Re-Cut or RE-SEW with a smaller seam?
The week has been a little of this and that.
I made THIS on Wednesday!
Right where I put them,..
They had been covered by other stuff though.
The units aren't measuring up to the correct size.Re-Cut or RE-SEW with a smaller seam?

I'm playing the glad Game-
The new Bumper is on my Car.
I crunched it the day of the Trunk or Treat - opps!

I'm grounded, but I don't even care.
DH had to drive the car, left the little heater that defrosts his truck.
Battery was dead.
Our Christmas Cards are ready to MAIL, in spite of SNOW!
Decided NOT to write a Christmas letter to insert.
The Picture tells the story.
It's time to go and print my CLUE # 3
Quiltville Mystery 2016 won't get done if I sit and play on the Computer all day.

So, you dip your toast in hot chocolate? I have never tried that. I prefer my hot chocolate with whipped cream. : )
ReplyDeleteYou got more snow than we did. When I shoveled my MIL's walk this morning there were only about 2 inches--maybe 3. It has warmed up enough that much of it is melting and there is a little spit of rain now and then.
I need to get some cookies made for the ward party tonight, so that the handful of us that are gluten free have something to nibble. : )
Hot cocoa -- yes please! Snow -- no thanks!
ReplyDeleteDefinitely an eclectic post! You can keep all 4 inches. I do not want even one. The hot chocolate, though, that looks good, minus the candy cane. I think I'll g make some myself!
