Wow-Wednesday

When I was packing up projects for Retreat I found some Block sets I won in Block Lotto and a long time ago swap.
Autograph Blocks

Snails Trail

This is my Digital Dealer Exclusive for
 April all finished.
"She lived the life she imagined."

Our Easter Joy Tulips are blooming

And the West side of the house is blooming

We saw more Tulips and Daffodils at the Temple.
Love walking by all the color blooming.

It's almost too pretty to stay inside and stitch.
Whatcha doing for Wednesday?

WOW - Wednesday

Today I ask my fellow Bloggers to guess what they think my oldest UFO is??

Last night I quilted one from 2008
That's a 14 year old UFO.
It's got the binding on and is ready to stitch on our way to the Temple Thursday.
Final reveal picture will beat the quilt Festival, if I enter it.

Do  any of you remember this one that I found in 2016??
Circa 2004
I never did do the Seminole Border.
Should I just quilt it and be done??

I know there are older ones somewhere downstairs.
I can't find my UFO List that I compiled.
So, I guess I'll have to make a new list for 2021-2022 NewFO's, TBQ's and Blocks to be set.

I'm still trying to decide what Quilts to enter in the WallaWalla Quilt Festival.
September 1st is the deadline to enter.
I am cutting it very close.

It's MY Day!!!!
Be sure to go visit the Other Blogs today and sign up for the Giveaways

I've been thinking and thinking of what to write about my UFO's
UFO- an Unfinished project
I have quite a few...Haven't counted them in a while.

I have them stored thoughout my Quilt Zone.
The Bed Risers raise my Ironing Table up to a good height and give more space to put my Totes.
I try to keep track of them as I start them in these UFO Books I made.
I take great Pleasure in finishing a Project and putting a BIG Checkmark on the page.
It helps to keep track when filling out forms for Quilt Shows and signing the label.

2018 One Monthly Goal
Choosing a ONE Monthly Goal has helped get a few DONE.
I don't always succeed in getting them all the way finished.
A FLIMSY (Un-Quilted Quilt Top) has to count some months.
Once it is a Flimsy I don't keep it in a tote.

This Month's OMG is on the Quilt Table.
I haven't been able to get it quilted, being out of town a LOT this month.
Here is how it looked after being my OMG around this time last year.
It's only been waiting 4 years to be finished.

Another Fun UFO that just needs Quilting is my
 "Buried Treasure"
It was started as a "Famous Quilters Siggy Quilt"
I think that I started Collecting the Siggies around 2005 when I moved to Walla Walla.
Jennifer Chiaverini did an "Authors Album Quilt" in one of her books.
I've collected signatures from the Quilters who I have taken classes and workshop from.
Also Quilters I've met at Quilt Shows, Quilt Market and Book Signings.

A LOT of the 4-patches were made while Demostrating at our County Fair.
This pattern is also called "Arkansas Crossroads"
I found another version HERE

On the 2nd day of 2015

I could be putting my Grand Illusion Mystery quilt together.
Instead I had some more grandma time and a long NAP.
The accounting of my 2014 Finishes list needed to be figured out.
Thanks to Pam A for Tech help with Picasa so I could make a collage of them.
I am always amazed at what gets done and what gets started each year.
Thanks to "Betsy" I count~
19-21 Finished, 2 aren't in the collage.
(Faithful Mini, and Midnight Flight)
9 of these were started and finished in 2014
2 of these were quilted for others.
that leaves7-8 that were UFO's completed in 2014
For 2015
Here is what I have to account for...
 8 -To Be quilted
36 - WIP or UFO's
6 more that are on my list or being designed in EQ7
That ought to keep me busy and off the streets.

Getting it done- Quilting goals for 2013

Out of habit I revised my UFO list for 2013

Judy L has changed the way we will do our UFO Challenge.  Instead of the list and working on one UFO a month we will list some do-able goals at the end of each month.
I have several quilts on the TBQ list, I really want some of those finished. I'm trying not to start any NEW projects for at least a couple of months and just work on these UFO's and Easy Street so it doesn't become a UFO!
So for January- my goal is:
1-Make the two sets of blocks that are the center of Easy Street and get it to Flimsy.
2- Quilt the Jack of Hearts Quilt
3- Make the last part of the Mariner's Compass for Cassie's Quilt
This should keep me busy enough for the start of the year.
Linking up to Judy L HERE.
