WOW-WEDNESDAY

I found my Election Quilt.
I will add the Red and Blue State winners on it.
I'm glad the election is over.
My home state didn't vote Red.
BUT Nebraska, Arizona, Utah, Idaho, Texas Pennsylvania and many other states did!

But feel a lot safer with a Man who loves this country and it's people.
Congratulations!

I missed going to Quilt Market again.
Sew thankful that my Blog friends share the winning Quilts!
It was great to see new Fabric that will come out in 2025!
Pat Sloan has a Blog hop going all week for her new fabric Gratitude and Grace  https://www.ilovetomakequilts.com/

TULA PINK has new fabric just arrived in my LQS
"Untamed"
I want to use some in the new Quiltville Mystery!
These colors influence my fabric choices.
I have a project tote of Aquas.
I know Teal will be in my 2025 Quilt!
Watch for more on upcoming Blogs.

Last night's sunset as we drove to the Temple Devotional.
I loved seeing our Temple friends!
Elizabeth and Michael sat by us.
Made my Grandma heart happy!

Progress on the park that is going in by Powered by Fabric
No sew days this week, there's paving expected.

Soon we'll have a driveway out!
They did landscaping while we stitched.

Another picture of friends I stitched with.
Possible sneaky peek...
We gave Kathi a Big Thank You here.

I missed Stitching on Sunday with them,
but you know I DON'T stitch on Sundays.

It's a  Chiropractor day.
Make it a great Monday!

My favorite is seeing done and unrolling it
off the top rail.

Flimsy Friday TA-DA!

Paul picked all of the tomatoes before trash day.
I had enough ripe ones for another
batch of Grandma Waite's Chili Sauce.

Still was waiting for my Bella Box to arrive.
I ordered the Thread Kit and  more Stablizer.
It came in a couple of days.

Today was Christmas at Powered by Fabric.
I got this finally put together.
One side and corner is not like the other.
Time for the frogger to come out again.

I got the borders on Elsie’s Baby Quilt.
Ta Da!
Now to get it Quilted before next Friday.

And finally on my Doorstep...
Now I can stitch away with the kit and
full color instructions.

The local ladies who stitch a lot at
Powered by Fabric are making a row Quilt.
Using the Accuquilt Cutter and fun Dies.
Darlene hates her picture taken.
Opps missed part of the row.

A few of the ladies made Button Pumpkins
These 2 are Eddie's.

Julie made one and I took her picture with it
before she left.

We always have a fun time at Powered by Fabric!
Happy Fri-Yay!
 Missing Market again this year.
It the 50th Anniversary of Quilt Market

WOW-Wednesday

Yesterday, I really needed this Big Ice Cream Cone!
Fast Eddy's is the only place that has the Swirl cone.
Not McDonald's or Burger King!
I would have checked for the Dole Whip but there was fencing and construction going on in the parking lot by Brights!
I was running errands and somehow the item I went to get wasn't with my stuff when I got home.
I checked the Trunk multiple times.
Finally drove clear across the town to get it again.
It felt like a Monday all over again!

So on to the rest of my day...
I took a walk down Memory lane at the
 Country Store.
Who remembers these?
I do! We had a set!

And these??
No,  I did not buy them.
My Grandma and Aunts had them.

I sorted though the things that will be wrapped
for December- Hubby's 25 Days if gifts.
I needed a few more small things.
I found some treasures!
Can't wait for December 1st.
But... there's a Thanksgiving to prepare for!

And these Tomatoes are calling to me.
Hubby has brought in the big Pot that I
 couldn't reach in the garage.
Ready set Peel, chop and cook!

Quilting is still waiting downstairs for me.

Missed My Monday!

Did you miss my Monday Posting too?
I woke up early and drove to my Quilt Guild meeting in Tri-Cities.
Quilted apparel was demonstrated and shared.
Our fellow Guild member made these.
I only took one picture.
It was very inspiring.

The road home was not fun -  detour at 9 mile hill.
Somebody had a bad day!

This was at the "Hoedown" Saturday night

Our Grandaughter brought her guy to meet us.
They let me take their picture by the Welcome sign.
Cute Couple.

This was Our Friday.
In no particular order...
Leaving the Quilt Show!
Proof I was there.

The winner of the Cherrywood exhibition.

Only Quiltville Quilt on display.
Rhododendron Trail Mystery
I hate that it was folded up!
Is it better to hang over the top?

Our 1st stop was at the famous One Sister Barn.
1st time visit!!

The Barn isn't really large.

Quilts hung all up the walls and on the ceiling.

I have the Book to make the Ornaments Quilt.

WOW-WEDNESDAY

It's almost Halloween...
A Halloween Chuck arrived with a couple Charm Packs this week.
Had to get one for my collection!

It's The Spokane Quilt Show weekend.
Here is the link.
I wish we were going on a Bus...
I miss those days!

And Homecoming for Walla Walla HIgh School.
Our Grandson came to try on the Tux I bought when our boys were going to school dances.
Sew fun to see him all dressed up.

I'm thinking of Christmas.
My Christmas Club package came today.
Thanks MGQS!

The Kimberbell Bella Box has shipped
from MeTime.
My Jenny Box is here, put away until Dec 1st.
I look forward to opening one gift for
25 days in December!

Jenny is in Africa ripping 1" Strips and
crocheting table mats.
It was fun to see the 2 Doan Girls sharing the
Tuesday Newsday spot.
Cute stuff in their Gifty shops!

But in the Basement I will get stitching
later than usual today.
Come back on Friday or maybe Monday to see.
