Tomorrow is a big sale at the Logan store.

The sorting and clearing space is still happening. 

We'll see how long shipping in a BIG Truck

 It's  a Scrap day at Eddie's 

Powered by Fabric. 

The parking is limited and a mess to navigate.

I have much to do before my new Bernina arrives.

I moved all the Quilts off the couch to the 

top of the cedar chest in the new

 Fabric Storage Room.

They take less room stretched out and piled here.

The Wedding Quilts are on the bottom.

My Quiltville Mysteries are in a different place. 

I got my Kimberbell Day T-shirt. 

Kimberbell Day in July 27th.

I hope nothing else is added to my calendar 

that day.

It's a Stay home and sort day. 

So many places to clear off so I can move them.

Memorial Day 2024

It was a Stay at Home "Remember" Day!

We have a new flag and holder,

 gifted from Jeff & Chey.

Paul was up early working in the garage. 

I saw a boxthat I haven't noticed since 

coming home in 2021.

The Marriage Certificate in the frame 

has broken glass.

We cleared some space to move my collection of Vintage Machines out of the basement. 

I'm not Purging them yet, but getting very close.

Good News Tuesday!!

I've been missing my set of Malibu Keys!!

Today, Hubby says, "Can we drive the Honda?"

Looked for a napkin in the glove box and 

there they were...

The kids used to tell me "it's wherever you put it"

I put them there a while ago...

I've been moving stuff.

Flower Friday

It's time for the Lilies to bloom!

I added some Coleus to the front flowerbed

 with the Geraniums 

We found two more Roses to put in the Side yard.

They aren't bare root Roses.

"Floribunda"

We went to get more mulch and I suggested a

Stop to get Ice Cream.

Fast Eddy's was all spaces full, so we went to Brights candy in Downtown Walla Walla. 

Dole Whip is the closest I  have found 

to Christy Creme. 😋 Yummy! 

Friday night treat!

Paul drove home through Pioneer Park. 

The geese and goslings are so cute.

RBD Block Challenge-Block #15

We had our last Daughters of Utah Pioneers meeting  on Monday.

WOWSER Did MSQC get my Order wrong!

Yesterday I was expecting my Bundle that I ordered over a weeks time.

I got 3 Notifications from FedEx that my order was delivered with the same photo.

This wasn't in my Order for sure, 

But I love the Chuck the Ducks that came.

I will send the Block of the Month Kit back.

I resisted doing something, lol

This is month 5, I don't really need to start it now.

My Week wasn't filled with much Stitching.

We had Temple days and a Concert to go and watch.

Tri-City Youth Choir

Both Grandparents with 2 fun Grandchildren.

I missed the UFO Day and Open Sew days this week.

With Construction if I don't get down there early, it isn't worth the time.

I finally printed the next Riley Blake Block Challenge and have it sewn this Morning.

Hubster wants me to go outside,

 I'm freezing so I don't want to catch a cold.

 The Blue bells have overgrown so he is taking some out.

Lilies will bloom here next.

I got mulch to put around them.

Tulips are all gone.

My Coleus only survived in one pot.

It's Balloon Weekend so I won't get to sew too much.

Mother's day is sad when I have to order my own Fudge and cake.

We'll see what happens on Sunday.

Never a day goes by that I'm not grateful for my dear mother who brought me into the world, spoiled me rotten and loved me to the end of her days.

Missing her and doing my best to follow her example.

It's Fri-Yay!

 I did go down for Scrap Day. 

Eddie was out of town.

The street that we liked to park on is fenced off.

The city is taking that street and making a Park.

The bridge will be taken down and just a 

Pedestrian and Bicycle Bridge will be built

They turned the Parking direction in the 

 Powered by Fabric lot. 

Only one Exit from the Parking lot now.

I was glad that I showed up early! 

There's a big Tree that is being removed.

Sad for that!

And the call it Progress...?

Anyway!

After making the fiddly Wreath Block I chose two less tiny parts blocks to make.

I see now that I'm home that I used a different background with these three blocks. oops!

I'm using my scraps from the Christmas in July SAL I did last year with Fat Quarter Shop.

Had to see how many I've made for my Vintage Christmas Quilt.

11 of 35 Total 6.5" blocks to make.

I missed the Christmas Sew Day in April yesterday.

No Christmas in June Day this next month...

More to come between now and Christmas in July!

Next Blocks are either a Gingerbread House or a Vintage Ornament"

Gotta fill in the blank spots and have this one done for Christmas this year, lol.

 6 block in one day Whew!!

I figured out how to make the HST'S and Hour glass blocks out of the Jelly Roll strips.

That helped me use that beautiful Wilmington fabric in more blocks.

Today is Scrap day at Powered by Fabric. 

You know I want to go...
