The Row by Row 2016 started on Tuesday, June 21st.
I got out to some of the Local Shops.
I'm half way to the magic number of 8 patterns to make my quilt.
I remembered and took pictures of the rows in the shops
My helper didn't want to go out with me again after lunch.
There is one Local shop with odd hours so I'll have to get it tomorrow.
I did go out and get one more this evening. Athena, Oregon is about 1/2 hour away but worth it-

She included the buttons to go on the Apple Tree and knob for the house.
The kits are a little more $$$ than last year.
I feel if the Shop made up KITS and there aren't any Batiks in it -I will buy it.
It will save me Cutting time in the end.
I like that the rows are both Vertical and Horizontal.
I have a little more collecting to do before I decide for sure which rows will be in my Quilt.
Check back next week to see if I got any made between shopping.

I got a local row and license plate yesterday. May pick up another couple, but I'm not sure why I do. I never make them. *LOL*
ReplyDeleteI haven't hit any yet, but I will go out before too long - Wednesday probably - and get some that I know I like locally. I love all the ones you got, but especially the one with the barn and house. I'm looking for ones with raccoons. I found two adorable ones so far.
