Can't resist the pretty flowers for sale right now.

I'll baby them in the back for a week or 2

then they'll be in the front by the steps.

My May for Me is starting today.

Take time to smell and Plant the Flowers. 

We are excited that answers might come soon on how to help the hubby be out of pain.

 

Monday Afternoon - late posting

This late posting is because I had to sleep!

Hubby woke me up feeling Anxious.

I don't like the Drugs he is on right now for pain.

He's finally sleeping!

Last week I  was able to Stitch this while 

doing the Laundry downstairs

I need to add the Clock works

This is why I bought the Bella Box!

In process, Beautiful Quilting in the Hoop!

I went through my Thread kits and wrote down the names of the colors in each one.

I had 5 of these colors.

 My LQS didn't have the others, so I ordered the Thread Kit and a couple new USBs for downloads!

The shipping was fast!

Just saying, I love my Glide Threads.

I love seeing the Baby Gosslings in Pioneer Park.

Paul asked me to drive him there.

He was surprised that they could already swim.

The pond at Pioneer Park is surrounded by a walkway. Beautiful colors in Spring.

Turtles were catching the sun on the south side.

Tomorrow we'll be up early again to drive to get

Hubby's nerve Conductivity tests done.

It's FriYay!

I asked Hubby if it was lawn mowing day.

He caught me in Action.

Mowing around my Snowball Tree.

I love its Blooms!

The Lightweight mower is easier for me to mow.

I can go diagonally up the sloped hill in front.

That's how we like it.

I am taking a break to Blog, then I'll finish the back.

Grandma can do hard things!

After my outside work is done I can play with this...

My Bella Box came.

I can Retreat at home.

I still am missing the Guild friends. 

I would have been only able to stay til Saturday 

even if I went.

This book came on Publishing Day!

Marie has another winning book for us to read.

It's about the 1960's

The troublesome women are realizing they are not as Free as they Think in that time of the USA .

We have some history in here.

Thanks Marie for having that talk with your Mom. 

Her book signings are not coming to the 

East side of our Evergreen State.

She is such a good writer.

We are in the last weekend of April.

This weekend is the WWVQG Retreat.

I am Not attending. 

Going to try and go to the Temple today.

Paul is wanting to go and see if he can sit 

in a Session.

We have an appointment for Saturday with 

one of our YSA we want to go and support.

I decided to see all my Blocks together in a collage. 

We have made 12 so far for the

Riley Blake Block Challenge 2025

I'm using Confetti Cotton fabrics.

A Raised bed of Strawberries 

DONE!

I definitely needed to use the raised beds given to us from our old neighbors.

I put pavers beneath so that the wood wouldn't rot.

I lined it with weed barrier,  i bought a whole roll last year. 

Filled with 3 1/2 bags of Soil @ $2/bag

Drove to see the Dogwood trees In Pioneer Park. 

Sooo pretty!

For our Easter Dessert- homemade cream puffs

Make a mix pudding and ganasche Frosting on top.

A little whipped cream inserted before eating, yummy!

     It was a quiet Easter Day... just dinner for two.

 I missed posting Monday...

These 3 Ducks left an egg in our grass. 

I didn't see it until I went to mow in that area.

Maybe they will be back??

I had to check on replacing this plug.

After I bought new ones

I hit the reset button again and it went off. 

The plug works alright now.

I need to stay home and do the Embroidery.

Hubby's pain levels keep me busy driving him 

to his appointments. 

Today is a sew day at Powered by Fabric.

FriYay- Shop Hopping

I have been slowly doing the 

All Pacific NW Shop Hop 

The fun part is getting to find the Bunny, frog or I've heard there is a flamingo somewhere. 

The Frog at Highland Quilts in Athena was hiding really good. I got lots of clues from the workers who were having a meeting.

Thursday was my Temple Day.

The tulips were in all their glory! 

I took the long way Home through Oregon and 

back to Walla Walla. 

The Bunny at Mama Bears in Stanfield was in a Box, kinda hard to find.

Stitches Mercantile-Pendleton 

So nice to have a shop in Pendleton again.

Got to Visit their John Wayne Doll again.

I had to go back and find the Bunny at my LQS.

Wow-Wednesday

 Week is halfway done. 

Had a fun Symposium last night. 

I got to do a Demo with my Embroidery Machine. 

It was fun to share the Samples of what I've done. 

Kimberbell is sew much stitching cute stuff.

I said you don't need a big fancy machine to make cute stuff. 

My trusty Artista did well.

I made 2 of the Berry Sweet Mug Rugs.

I didn't try the bookmarks.

Waiting for a Surgery date that could change.

I'm hoping to finish Quilting Old Town.

I found my 'Humilty' square. 

That frisky Hst is turned wrong. 

It's been quilted, I look back at pictures and it's sticking out but nobody noticed. 

It's staying.
