"Momma's Rose" Quilt

My "Momma's Rose" Quilt that I made for the Alliance for American Quilter's last spring is now up for AUCTION on E-bay. Starting @ 9 pm EST --- THIS WEEK ONLY!  Available for a minimum bid of $50. You can hear my voice telling about the quilt in the Artist Statement found on the Alliance page with the gallery of all 119 quilts that were made for 2011 Contest. I get emotional so be forewarned...
Direct Link to Bid is HERE.

.
I was so excited to have this quilt shown at Paducah, Kentucky (Quilt City USA) last spring and again in Detroit, Kansas City and many other well-known places with the Original Sewing and Quilt Expo Exhibition.
I figure the chances of having one of my quilts shown at Paducah or Houston are apt to be just another Dream unfulfilled.  This one was first shown in the Alliance display at Paducah.
The theme has been chosen for next year and I can't wait to read all of the guidelines.  For one, the quilts will be judged by selected Celebrity Quilters, not by a POPULARITY Viewers choice vote.  Viewers will get your chance after the judges have declared the Winners.
